Those scientists, they just keep digging and digging. And what have they found this time? Oh, you know, only what might be the largest dinosaur ever found.
Researchers in a remote part of Argentina pieced together seven partial specimens from a veritable “Titanosaur” graveyard. Their findings suggest the beast was beyond massive—exactly what we humans like to hear! How huge? Somewhere in the range of 170,000 pounds, 130 feet long and 65 feet tall.
That said, this beast was also apparently an herbivore, which is less exciting. (Hey, Jurassic Park was teeming with crazed carnivores for a reason.) But one out of two ain't bad. Watch this Slate video for details about the prehistoric wonder.
